About Me
Hi, I’m Felicia. I work with busy people to create energy-saving information and communication systems to increase productivity.
I started Max Productivity Systems to teach people how to organize the information flows in their lives and businesses. You’ll find articles on how to organize your email inbox, task management, team communication, going paperless, designing workflows for your business, streamlining processes and tutorials on how to use software tools to automate your work.
By learning techniques and productivity hacks, my goal is to help you get the feeling of accomplishment and tranquility when everything is running as it should.
My Bio
Felicia Ceballos-Marroquin is a systems thinker and entrepreneur, dedicated to building a sustainable and prosperous future.
Her intense curiosity keeps her chasing after emergent technology, and when coupled with her creativity and training as an artist, gives Felicia an edge when it comes to optimizing complex systems for the common good.
While working as a Technical Operations Manager, she encountered the unhealthy culture and dysfunctional business processes that are the byproducts of short-sighted systems. Since she was immersed in Thinking in Systems: A Primer and Permaculture, she brought her sustainability paradigm to work and transformed the business by focusing on building people-centered systems that created long-term productivity and prosperity.

In the past, she has been a publicist for independent musicians, organized community enrichment events as an Multicultural Intern for the Getty Foundation and served as the communications chair on the Old Towne Orange Preservation Association.
Wanting to make a larger impact, she started Spiffy Rebel, a responsiby-produced and plastic-free personal care product line. She shares her knowledge by teaching soapmaking classes and helping businesses increase productivity by utilizing biomimicry and zero waste practices for maximum resource efficiency.
In 2019, she was named as one of the 24 finalists in the National Geographic and Sky Ocean Ventures Ocean Plastic Innovation Challenge, a global search for innovative solutions to help tackle the world’s single-use plastic problem.
Her favorite pastimes are hiking, camping and trying to sing like Mariah Carey.. Normally based in Southern California, she currently lives on a coffee plantation in Costa Rica where she studies how culture contributes to a sustainable society.
